Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at 
whangamatamultisportclub@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the 
original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style,
please contact us to discuss availability and return instructions. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

We’re stoked to get your merch to you! All orders are processed and 
shipped within 2-3 business days (sometimes we. might be away   riding). We offer standard shipping across New Zealand, with delivery times typically between 3-5 business days, depending on your  location.

Shipping costs are $10 North Island (non rural) and $15 anywhere else in Aotearoa NZ (including rural), and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Contact us if you are from overseas.
